Toni R. Isreal is no stranger to arts and entertainment and having spent her childhood years attending live performances with her mother, the former Accounting Specialist, sought and secured key apprenticeship opportunities to further thrive from her greatest interests: film, television, and theater.  Now, with over a decade of experience in audience development and brand management, Toni is admired for her expertise in multi-cultural marketing, strategic implementation, and her signature ability inspire, develop, and lead innovative creative thinking.

Isreal is the CEO and Founder of REALEMN Productions, regarded as Broadway’s leading multicultural marketing and PR agency team and premiere diversity consultant.  In addition to being a proud member of New York Women in Film & Television, Isreal is a founding member of The Industry Standard Group, a Broadway League Fellow, and highly sought-after guest and panelist for conversations around diversifying the leadership and intricacies of arts and entertainment.  Toni led multicultural outreach for Pass Over, the first show to reopen Broadway post the Covid shutdown and has successfully developed and implemented an ‘Essential Workers Campaign’ that established an initiative for Broadway shows to give thanks to our country’s essential workers.  The ‘Essential Workers Campaign’ has been activated at 6 leading Broadway shows and counting.  The current roster Isreal’s REALEMN is inclusive of 2022 Tony Award Winning MJ The Musical and 2019 8 Time Tony Award Winning HADESTOWN, just naming a few. Additionally, REALEMN champions community engagement, marketing, press, and audience development for multiple regional theatres in New York and New Jersey inclusive of New York Theatre Workshop, Princeton NJ’s McCarter Theatre, and New Brunswick’s Crossroads Theatre Company and George Street Playhouse.

Isreal was a consultant with New York’s World-Famous Apollo Theater, where she has secured over a million dollars in sales.  Previously, Isreal was the Managing Director of Walker International Communications Group (WICG).  A proud member of CTI – Commercial Theater Institute, Isreal was instrumental in projects including but not limited to, 2018 Tony Award Winning Once On This Island, Disney’s Aladdin and The Lion King, HUGHIE starring Forrest Whittaker, A Raisin in the Sun starring Denzel Washington, A Trip To Bountiful starring Cicely Tyson, A Streetcar Named Desire featuring Blair Underwood, Baby It’s You and Alicia Keys’ StickFly, Boston’s Born For This at ArtsEmerson Theatre with BeBe Winans and Off-Broadway’s Smokey Joe’s Café, and Little Rock.

Isreal is an awardee of the Central New Jersey Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women for Excellence in Economic Empowerment and advocates promoting the arts and entertainment to multicultural communities and delivering engaging experiences that encourage audiences to secure their seats and tune in.
